Email Party
Get all of your friends, family and online friends
together and host a candle party and earn up to 20% off of your favorite
products! This is a great way for your friends to shop for gifts or just for themselves and for you to get all of your favorite things for less!
How it Works
We will leave your party open for 5 days. If you wait any
longer chances are you won't get anymore orders. That's our experience but,
you can have more time just let us know.
Email me your name, address, contact email and the date you would like to
start your party.
In this time frame, you can have your guest visit our web page, look at what
we have to offer. They will then place their orders and put your name in the
"Comment Box". You will get credit for this order. They also can pay
online with their credit cards. We also take checks and money orders.
I will compile the orders at the closing of your party I will then email the
totals of your party to you.
Host/Hostess Incentives
Host/Hostess will receive 20% of total sales (minus tax
& shipping) in Scents When Candles and products. A party is considered $100
or more and 3 orders to receive the 20% credit.
Once you reach $200 in sales (minus tax & shipping) you will get an item
for 50% off. For every $200 in show sales you will get a half price item.
A $400 show will give you 2 items at 50% off.
$10.00 booking certificates given for each booked party. Their party must be
held within 4 weeks of your party and their totals sales must be over $100.
(Minus tax & shipping). You will receive this certificate once their party
is turned in.
All orders will be shipped directly to you. If you have out of town
customers let us know and we will ship them to them. Just let us know
otherwise, all orders will be shipped to your house. Bags will be
included. There is a flat freight fee of $5 for their order.

It doesn't get any easier than this!
All orders will be shipped within one to two weeks of the party
depending on size of the party. A larger party may require more time since
candles are made to order insuring your guests receive the freshest candle
possible. Once the party is over, totals in, free merchandise picked out, I
can give you a better estimated date of shipping.
Booked Party
Same rules apply as an Email Candle Party, except I will
send you catalogs and order forms. You will show the catalogs around and take
orders.
This is always a fun alternative to an Email Candle Party! You can get out and
see some of your friends and family or a great way to get together with
friends and compare shopping lists!
